How will I get my rebate?

You will receive a full service offering as a buyer! Once you decide to buy a home, we will work with you to get a mortgage pre-qualification letter and schedule tours for homes you want to view. When you find a home you want to place an offer, we will complete a comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist you in a deriving at a market value. DwellOwner buyer agents will prepare the contract with all respective addendum’s and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price and most favorable terms. Once the offer is accepted, we work with you through closing. At closing, you receive your buyer rebate!
